Too Fast

Dont the weekends go so fast? I just need another day. The weekend was good. We did alot, swimming as usual. Ryan loves the pool. We did go to Lowe's and Ryan built a helicopter. It was fun. Then had lunch with Lorey, Kaden and Landon. Nap time was after that and it was great. I needed it. Although when I woke up I was very grouchy. I ended up having 3 beers and was more relaxed. Then sunday we went for a 2 mile walk and hung at home until nap time. A little pool time. Maggie and Carter came over for dinner. We grilled out and it was delicious. Carter was a good boy while ryan did ok. He poked a hole in the new screen door. I was ticked off and he got a spanken for that. He otherwise was good. He woke up in a good mood and have a uneventful time leaving a daycare. Last week was horrible. He would cry and the teacher said he was really aggressive. UGh! So we are off to a better start. oh what a weekend

We had such a nice weekend. It started on friday with a nice dinner with Nana & Poppy. Then we headed to the mall. I havent been to the mall in ages. I did get some new sunglasses. I can now see with out scratches in my way. LOL. Then we headed for ice cream. It was late getting home but just a nice evening. Saturday we headed to the air show. It was alot of fun. I got some really great pictures. We had a great time. It was a very long day and the sunscreen didnt hold up. I was fried and Ryan got a little to much sun on his chest. That didnt make me happy. He was soooo exhausted that as we walked back to the truck Ryan's head was bobbing. Poor kid was so tired. We went back to Oma & Opa's for dinner. Grilled out. It was nice and relaxing. Got home late again. Sunday, I was wiped. I was sun burnt, my lips are still burnt. I thought they would blister but didnt. We drank alot of water. I was up in the middle of the night with chills. Wonder if I had a little heat exhaustion. Doing better now but Ryan is getting sick. Poor guy has been sleeping like crazy. I have to infuse him tonight. Hope that boosts him up.
Nothing else to report. Going to Lorey's house this weekend for a 17 year old bday party and a giant slip and slide. Im going to do it and ill pay for it the next day. Thats it.

Rain Rain Go Away.

Wow did it ever rain on the 4th. I was sorta bummed only because of the parade. I decided that rain was going to ruin my parade:) It was very wet but it was still a good parade and Ryan, Landon and Kaden had a ton of candy. It was crazy. All the candy in the road was awful. The birds and bugs will be fat and happy. We went back to Oma and Opa's house and grilled out. The kids played and then it was nap time. Ryan slept for over 3 hours. Opa finally woke him up and we took off for Lorey's house. The kids played for a while before heading to the fireworks. After they started and the first big blast went off, Ryan asked if we could go home. We got home just before 11pm and we were both exhausted. We didnt go to church. I have been having headaches alot lately. My eye's hurst and my head throbs. So I thought I would take Ryan to the pool in Chillicothe. The warm sun was nice and I was able to relax some. That and lots of Ibuprofen did some good. We were in bed early and late for Monday's start. We are in the groove now. Swim lessons will be over on Thursday. Ryan is doing well and really likes the pool. He has speech and swim lessons tonight and I have to infuse him. Wednesdays are always busy for us. I need to do some laundry and clean up a little. Ryan cried most of the night last night. He did want to eat, didnt want to sit at the table and eat, he wanted nutri grain bars or popcorn, didnt want to take a shower, didnt want to get dressed. He was essentially in bed early. Much better mood this morning. Looking forward to this weekend. Opa, Ryan and I are going to the Air Show. Ryan loves the jets, planes, etc..... I have never been and Im sure will love it. Its suppose to be steamy. Thats always the way. We will have a fun time. Church and maybe the pool will finish out our weekend.
